The site

Freight Broker News publishes reporting and analysis about freight brokerage. Stories are information. They are not legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, or an offer to sell a security. A financing figure is not a recommendation to invest in that company or in its investor.

Your use

You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy stories wholesale, scrape the site in order to republish it, or present our reporting as your own. Headlines and short quotations with a link are ordinary news use.

Submissions

If you send a tip or a message, you give the newsroom permission to read it, store it, and decide whether to report it. You represent that you have the right to send the material. Sending it does not publish it, does not create a byline, and does not oblige us to run it. If we want to publish your words, we will say so before we do.

Accuracy

We correct errors under the corrections policy. We do not warrant that the site is complete or current. Company claims are labeled because they are company claims.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Freight Broker News is not liable for decisions you make from a story, a lost form submission, or a newsletter that has not been connected to a live email provider. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits. Those limits apply only as far as they legally can. Counsel should set the governing law. The newsroom address is in Tennessee, which is the placeholder, not a final choice of law.
